5OEM perfect
By Suzanne
I put my original Kitchenaid mixer paddle in the dishwasher - which I found out later is a no-no. It lost all its finish and mixed poorly. I ordered this mixer paddle as a replacement and was pleasantly surprised to see it is an OEM paddle. Thanks Amazon!

3Works fine, but material and manufacturing quality not that great.
By Aaron Nicholas Tubbs
Similar to the dough hook, this is a replacement for the OEM burnished beater blade that comes with the professional series mixers. It's the same part, so no complaints there, but I'm still frustrated by the use of burnished aluminum. Vinyl replacements are probably the better options in terms of ease of use and cleanup, though I wish they could find a way to just deliver a stainless version instead. In any event, works fine, but not stellar. There is some flashing left from the manufacturing process, and the tolerance against the edge of the bowl is loose enough that hitting the bowl with a spatula is still required.

5It fits my mixer.
By Timothy Johnston
What can you really say about a mixer blade... The blade that came with my mixer was powder-coated and started to flake into my food. (NOT GOOD!) New one has no coating.
