Poor Service

We can only rate it low. We did receive the item, it was however the wrong color, in other words, it was not as listed in the photo of the item. We ordered RED, but received FROST something or other. We requested it to be sent back and wanted and the correct color sent to us. We did receive the shipping instructions and returned the item with an explanation enclosed. However, we have yet to receive an replacement, nor have we received any message as to when we can expect the item. This does not speak highly for service. Original order submitted Dec. 21, item not received until Jan 9.
We probably would like the item if we could only get the correct piece.
