My kitchen aid mixer was broken for a few months and I contacted the kitchen aid website which they told me that they could not fix it. I was excited when my daughter's friend told me that I could purchase the part from Amazon but didn't think that it will be s good quality gear. The Amazon has proved me wrong and I am EXTREMELY happy with the low cost and high quality gear part that I purchased from the Amazon. The mixer has been working great for a couple weeks. THANK YOU so much for make it possible to repair my mixer otherwise I have to spend a few hundred dollars to purchase a new one. The product also came in a few days as promised. HIGHLY recommended for others to purchase from Amazon.

This replacement part is good as new and much less expensive. BUT . . .

This replacement part was as good as new, delivered very quickly and much less expensive then other suppliers are charging. BUT . . .
The design of the gears in this KITCHENAID Pro600 stand mixer is very poor. They just don't hold up to the load of making bread with the mixer 2 and 3 times a week. I have had to rebuild the mixers gearbox 2 times in the past 6 months. I know my next stand mixer will NOT be a kitchen aid. So until I can replace it I will have to just keep feeding gears to it.

works like its supposed too, gear is made correctly and fits like a glove, i recommend buying if anyone needs one
