Love this spatula!

I know, it seems weird to love a spatula, but this one is awesome. I use it for making bread. That's right--I don't use a mixer, I make it pioneer woman style. This spatula has a good weight, thick handle so it doesn't hurt your hand, firm but flexible head that is extra long so you can scrape the whole bowl, rim to bottom, in one swoop. Even with a stiff dough I have no fear that it will bend or break. Definitely a quality product. If it can stand up to bread dough, no doubt it can handle anything else you can whip up.

All I can say is that I'm a fool to have waited so long to get one. If you own a Kitchenaid Mixer, I would HIGHLY recommend owning one!

If it's possible to have a favorite spatula, this is it

What's the big deal, it's just a spatula-right? Sure, but this is one of the things I reach for above all others. It gets every drop of batter/sauce out of the bowl, it is great when cooking anything that is liquid. It is just fabulous. Do not put it in the dishwasher, it will become weak over time.
