perfect for baking (and painting!)

I have to admit- as soon as I got this I put one of them in the kitchen and one of them by my paint supplies.
As far as kitchen use, these are amazing, They are soft (but not *too* soft) silicone spatulas that are designed to gently curves around your hand and really get into the curve of bowls and dishes to get ALL the stuff out. Perfect for baking, cooking, and everyday kitchen use. It's so easy to clean dishes for the dishwasher with these guys. And they rinse clean.
And- I use one of the them for painting. I do a lot of work with stencils and masks and silkscreens and these are great for dragging paint neatly across cancvases- so much better than the little collection of squee-gees and key cards I have stacked up.
Highly recommended for any place you might need to get into the "nooks and crannies"- I am actually ordering a set for the garden, for when I have to repot plants and gently get the roots out or get into the very bottoms of pots to get old, wet soil out.

good, multi use product

These OXO Good Grips Bowl Scraper meet my qualification for many kitchen tools: they are multifunctional and easy to clean.
These are multifunctional, in that while they are primarily advertised and used as bowl scrapers, virtually any food container can be scraped with them. Foods, like icing, can be spread with them over large areas as well. Also, the constructions of these, where it is stronger and more rigid in the middle, and less so on all sides, makes for something that mimics the movements of a hand, anyhow.
Being silicone, these will not attract odors and can be put into dish washers as well. For the price and for their functionality alone, I recommend this.

It depends

I was pretty excited about these (believe it or not). I have a few appliances that have ridges on the inside and the only way to effectively empty them out is to use a hand. I thought these scrapers might be the perfect alternative! Well, they are just too big for either job. It's too bad. The blue kidney shaped one is the right shape, almost like a dishwasher safe hand, lol. . .oh well. The low tech ol' fashioned method is still the best!
