Be sure you have brush access ports on the side of your motor housing or these will not work.

I gave this 2 stars because the description was not too clear as to what these will fit. They do not fit my mixer. I have a 6 quart pro mixer. If you have the mixer with the black plastic plugs on the side of the motor housing these will work. If you have to remove the motor housing to get to the brushes, it will not. I was told that if brush failure occurs in the model I have, the only option is a new motor which we don't think is correct if you are pretty handy. We're going to try and replace them as cheap as brushes are. If it doesn't work we'll get a motor. I have seen them under 120.00. Still much cheaper than a new mixer.

Who Knew?

I guess not to many people wear out a Kitchen-aid Mixer ! But if you do,... It may just need new "Motor Brushes" and these work perfectly! and very easy to install!

Received the parts very fast. They were installed easily ans had my mixer back up in minutes. Wish more things were this easy
