Much better than the Kitchen Aid blade
By Thomas Plummer
I am quite happy that my wife accidentally threw out the blade from my original Kitchen Aid grinder. These replacement blades are superior in just about every way.
First of all they are actually sharp. Not sharp enough to be unsafe to handle, but sharp enough to actually get the job done without crushing or mincing the meat.
Secondly they fit just as well as the original part. (Just to be clear these are designed for and work perfectly with the kitchen aid stand mixer grinder attachment.)
Thirdly, the meat actually looks like ground beef instead of the minced beef the attachment made with the old blades. This wasn't really an issue because the ground beef cooked up the same either way but this is better for burger making or sausage making.
The price is right and they work just as described. I am a satisfied customer and would definitely buy again.

Great replacement blade knife
By TRipon
These knives come in polished stainless steel and are much better than the OEM version. Make sure the square drive dimension is correct for your grinder shaft.

Cutting blades
By irina nesenchuk
My firs impression is good. These blades look rather sharp. Haven't used them yet since I just got them a few days ago. But they look like an improvement compare to old once
